The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for helping to maintain and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process at QuantuMDx. The role requires a high level of organisation and proactivity with tasks that involve complete discretion over sensitive and confidential matters to assist in the HR and Recruitment administrative duties. A large part of this role is sourcing and pipelining talent across the company as well as building sustainable relationships with external suppliers to always deliver excellent customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Performing a combination, but not necessarily all, of the following duties:

  • Sourcing candidates using direct and agency methods and improving on systems in place.
  • Assisting in drafting job descriptions.
  • Reviewing and prioritising candidates and liaising with managers throughout.
  • Organising interviews and keeping track of all recruitment processes
  • Collating paperwork for contracts and pre-employment conditions checks.
  • Contribute to management reports, providing regular insights around hiring trends.
  • Organising and maintaining the filing system
  • Assisting the HR Lead in all recruitment policy matters including, assessing current and future recruitment plans, pipelining talent in key areas of growth.
  • Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.

Experience, knowledge and requirements


  • A-Level/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an in-house or external Recruitment coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong ability in using MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle information with complete discretion confidentiality
  • A good sense of humour, a positive and enthusiastic team player with the ability to adapt to a changing environment as the Company matures.
  • Be eligible to work full time in the UK without restriction
  • Experience with recruitment databases.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.


  • BA /BSC in Business Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a life science/clinical diagnostic company
  • Experience in event management to facilitate recruitment projects and identify opportunities with external partners.
